Refund Policy

Commissions

Commissions are offered a 30% refund provided the piece is returned with no damage. If the piece is delivered to the buyer damaged they may choose to receive a full refund, provided the piece is returned, Or they may choose to return the piece and receive a new one with a 10% refund. 

 

Original pieces 

Original pieces are final sale. Exchange is offered provided the piece is returned in its proper packaging with no damage. Refund for the difference in price will be provided if necessary. There will be extra charges for an exchange if necessary (if the piece returned is less in value then the piece exchanged for)

 

Phone cases

Phone cases are offered 30% refund provided the phone case is returned in its proper packaging with no damage. If the phone case is delivered to the buyer damaged, we offer a full refund provided the case is returned in its proper packaging. 

 

Prints

Prints are offered a full refund provided the print is returned in its proper packaging with no damage. If the print is delivered to the buyer damaged we will send you a new print provided the damaged print is delivered in its proper packaging.  

 

Murals

Murals are final sale. If you are unhappy with the results of your mural, we offer 20% off your next commissioned mural.

 

Damage to products will affect refunds. All refunds will only be provided upon request within 3 weeks of the purchase, with proof of purchase (email, text, receipt). For murals the buyer will have 1 week from date the mural is finished to contact about possible discount. All deposits are non refundable. All other services are non refundable. If the buyer is unhappy with our services we offer a 20% discount on your next booking
